Help me to calculate grey structure cost

Salam to all

I need some help of an expert.I've some land 48 feet long x 28 feet width kind a 1344 sqft..Its map is already done by a friend of me who is civil engineer but currently out of touch...Basic foundation also already done...I want to go for grey structure...Be noted that the said property is in Hafizabad..Mostly ppl start saying cost shall be per square feet but am not interested in it coz i myself shall provide the material to masons....So before start working on grey structure i want to know how many number of bricks, cement, sand, crush and steel I need? If possible then price also. Be noted that we want to construct it double storey..Height of walls around 26 feet...

Rough estimate is :

Bricks: 35000 to 40000

Cement:850 to 900 (Rs495 per bag)

Sand/crush : 2 each. Depending on the pillars and beams you might need 1 extra of both.

Steel 4 to 5 tons.(62000 per ton)

Rest of the rates vary from location to location.

This estimate is based above Dpc level with pillars and beams.

Personally i dont think you will find any builder here mainly they are all from big cities and working on Labor rate would not be suitable/profitable for them.I suggest you find some one local.

The above approximate is good for the number of bricks. But cement bads are mentioned much high. The total cement that can be used for 35000-40000 bricks would be 350-400 maximum.

The cement estimate is not for brick laying but for both the lanters aswell. Cement required for brick laying for 40000 bricks is 220 bags maximum.Ratio 1;6
