Can anyone please guide me regarding the following notice issued in newspapers about boundary wall construction at hawks bay scheme 42.

Its a notice to the alottees that they are required to make boundary walls around their plots. And if you have all teh dues then you are supposed to take site plan and physical possession from the authorities mentioned in the notice.

If you fall under the criteria then you should act according to the notice, otherwise authorities may fine you
