I am the middle man between a commercial plaza deal worth 2 arab. How can I make myself secure while making the deal, what should be the mode of payment? How its usually done?

Usually middle man is the brain who architects to strike a deal and both the parties of deal see towards middle man to secure their interest and they are afraid of middle man of any mala fide on his part.
Only a guilty conscience is afraid of other people in business. Never think or do ,like deception,telling lies etc and practically to do harm anybody ,financially ,physically etc and do your job honestly with faith in God and Allah protects you from all harms and bad intentions of other. It is just an action and reaction or a natural cycle. But people usually donot understand

I am amazed at your question…dealers handing such big deals are known as cheetas and gurus and you are trying to make your self secure…=)
If its such a big deal and your feeling unsecure than have the amount deposited in the court and after signing of the transfer papers the amount will be tranfered to the sellers account on the orders of the judge.... Its gets a bit complcated but its safe and secure..... And i would imagine that deals that include over 5 to 10 crores should be done in this way.

Yes i have and it was worth 6 crores. It took just over one month to get the money but it was done with peace of mind…and this is very much possible in pakistan(Our beloved country)

I have never done such a big deal. N that much a big deal was never expecting it.
Anyways, i just wanted to say how can i make my commission secure as i have the buyer party. N i know people become miser when they r buying n my commission will be huge n further i have to divide it in 3 parts.

Assad ali...have confidence in urself...u can do it and u will do it. Thats the secret of achieving any goal. Moreover, if u r having good intention, sincerity , then ALLAH will help u as well. Just follow the procedures and get each and every thing documented, all the agreements including the agreement of commission signed from both the parties.Ask both the parties that u will get 50% commission on signature of agreement between both the parties and remaining 50% on transfer of money and property.
