H-13 near NUST University Islamabad where there is possession of plots like 3 Marla, 4 Marla, 5 Marla ----- The rates are also reasonable mean from 3-5 lac per Marla expected. The area I have seen the construction is going with full speed and the area is also very near to Islamabad in between CDA sectors. What is your suggestion about this area.

Yes subdivision at full pace but not under CDA. People are buying land and subdividing. I do not think there is any future or anyone would maintaining it once the area is developed.
