H/13 constructions vs cda

Hi,

I just want to know the updated status on H/13 near shams colony as huge construction is going on and people are investing millions of rupees on it, so my question is that how CDA will deal with all owners later?

As CDA cannot throw all people from big sector and burn there Investment in Millions.

Yes good question. But may be they can ask SUI Northern to not provide gas to area and such other restriction and other than that no one will maintain area. For example road/street repair and proper schools etc…
