I have a few questions that I need clarification on;

New Town Phase 5 (Without Map) was moved near Down Town area. Its map was released a few years back but was later cancelled. Is New Town Phase 5 still genuine or has it been cancelled? Will New Town ever bring out a map for it? Does New Town even own the land for it?

The map for New Town Phase 4 L*** plot series was cancelled. The land is disputed as New Town sold it to some other party. Will the New Town cancel these L series plots or move them to New Town Phase 5 or Phase 5 Extension?

Regarding New Town Phase 4 A*** plots without map [Phase: PAI-IV / Category A]. Are “transfer certificate” provided by New Town and are these plots real or fake?. If these are real where will these plots be adjusted?

is there a difference between Phase “PAP-IV”, “PAI-IV” and “IV” when written on Transfer Certificate? PAP-IV vs PAI-IV vs IV (Are these genuine Phases?)
