Gulberg vs MPCHS b-17 B block?

Pros & cons of both.

Rate shate of both.

I have budget of 22-25lac. I would prefer a 7 or 10 marla plot.

Baki comparison to dono schemes ki kafi ho chuki hy, udhr se he perhlo, agar aag lagana maqsood na ho to.

What you mean within this budget plot cannot be obtained. I have seen ads on Zameen and Olx for around 25lac in B block. What are current rates in B-17 for smallest plot there?

Wo batow muje keemat kya hai B-17 B Block, personal living vo kera block hacha hai?

If b-17 b block is way out of my budget, then what other good blocks are there within my budget?

Mr.khan is right u can not buy a plot in 25 lacs budget in B-17 B block. There are few 7 marla plots in B-block may be less than 100 plots. The prices of these plots are b/w 35-40 lacs due to very close to main gate A.

The adds on OLX are about Block-E .

You want to invest or you want to live if you want to live and b 17 is feasible for you increase your budget and buy over there but if you purpose is investment Try to get a plot with possesion in block f of gulberg 7 marla.If not go for A,B,H,F,E I block possession or without possession it will be a good investment.

Also is possession available in all E block or only some parts?

In terms of Gulberg, what do seniors think of V block and L block considering it will be close to Naval Anchorage gate so access wise seems better. What do you guys think, am i wrong?

Budgetwise, which is value for money as both are big brands?

Are there any land acquisation problems in Gulberg, which i need to be aware of.

what is the purpose of your purchase? own home construction or future profit?

If you are thinking to invest and get good return in a year time, Then for get it and don’t invest.

Dear Sirs,

I am NOT looking at short term investment. I am looking at medium to long term, and if the society gets populated and has full commercial amenities as promised then I will consider constructing a house for personal living. Hence why I am leaning towards Zone V, but when Margalla Avenue is complete and MPCHS complete the remaining development, there is a good chance that the prices will increase and it is likely to attract more investors who are likely to build the society up.

Back to the drawing board, as I mentioned would Block C in MPCHS be ideal within my budget? Is this a good block?

I am grateful for your replies, as at the moment as dealers from both ends are trying their upmost best to sell me plots, which as your aware they add their own stories to sell! Hence why I thought id ask some genuine buyers of their experiences and if they can perhaps compare and contrast, then perhaps I can eliminate any queries I may have and make a decision out of Gulberg or MPCHS B-17.

Gulberg v and L have good potential and price is less as compare to to initial block and if you can wait as you mentioned go for it for sure.When circular ave will completed you will get max return even if it is for invetment and these blocks are developed too.

Yes Block C MPCHS is ideal; it will rise beyond expectations if Allah wills.

C block has gud potential for medium to long term investment.

What are rates of 7 or 10 marla plots with possession in C and E block?

Also what are rates of V and L Block in Gulberg? Any land acquisition problems in Gulberg that I should be aware of?

To be honest i dont have too much info about Gulberg. But in B-17 i have 2 plots one in Block-B and another on in Block-E. Block -B is very good and i guess have more than 300 houses built. But still long way to be papulated.

Block E has some issue regarding excess. I am waiting for Margalla Avenue to be complete then i can built my house there.
