Which is better gulberg residentia or b-17. I want to buy a small plot. I have seen gulberg residentia but its too far inside gulberg green. I have seen b-17 & liked it.
Which will be better in term of growth ?

B-17 nowadays is better specially G sector, airport is nearby and handsome development, in future B 17 interchange to link motorway
