Which blocks in gulberg residencia has posession? I am planning to purchase a 10 marla plot for living. Will it be habitable in one-two years?

Furthermore, is it a good time to buy there, or should I wait till June?

Pls read the sticky thread of gulberg, you will find answers to your questions there, as far as I know, I think its not liveable now and wont be in next 2-3 years, some blocks might have possession but again the associated facilities might not be there, investment is solid but their pace for residencia has been slow, maybe someone who recently visited could update better,
