Gulberg planning to take over JKCHS-2 in zone 5. Any truth or just another rumor???
I havent read any news about it yet… But it might be, cant give any assurance on that.

We can assume this ,due to big suceess of gulberg they will want more and more land to develop and sale out as gulberg residencia…

JKCHS is dead from last many years, this can be a possibility that Gulberg takes it over, that will be good for JKCHS.
I doubt this is true. Gulberg have acquired most of their land anyway, and if JKCHS would sell it would not be cheap.
