Can somebody please give me an honest advice? With a budget of 2.5 million which option is better (as far as investment is concerned).

Gulberg Isb or Bahria Phase 8 Block K.

At present as per market trend Bahria is down and falling even some areas decreased one million

No doubt bahria is a brand and will recover in future but presently it's risky to invest in bahria. If they launch bahria Peshawar then all bahria market will collapse so wait for moth or two and let the dust be settled. If you can get solid thing then ok otherwise wait.

On the other hand Gulberg is the only society where prices are increasing even in this crunch period. Gulberg is slowly but surely gaining. Prices in good blocks of Gulberg hàve almost been doubled in last ten months or so but no sign of any improvement so far in bahria.

DHA 2 and Gulberg is recommended by experts

Bahria town ph 8 is not doing well this time ....

I must say wherever you invest, in Gulberg, DHA or Bahria Phase 8, try to get a ready possession plot, don't buy files anywhere.

Rates will increase and get better with time anywhere you buy.

Yes in gulberg a b or c block of size 7marla.rate is approx 2.4 or 2.5m.

Thanks Mr. Ali. Someone above also recommended DHA2 as well. Which one is better DHA2 or Gulberg and can I buy 5-7 marla plot in DHA2 with this investment?

@ ahmad sb…Sir obviously,gulberg has no match with dha 2…dha 2 far far better…you can get a 5 marla in N block for about 2 to 2.4 million…If you want to buy a one,you can contact me at 03455370978.

Avoid phase 2 ext as it is a very very long term investment…no 7 marla…10 marla varies from 3.1 to 4 million…

Sir i will advise that if you are going for investment,then dha 2 K,L,M blocks are better due to comparatively less price .Prices are stagnant now a days…If you are going for residence,then it is the best place to construct…It also has scope for investment as well…

  1. Cda sectors like i-14, i-16, F-16 etc (where I can buy a plot from 2.5 to 3 million)

  2. DHA 2 M,N blocks and

  3. Bahria phase 8 (again blocks where I can buy a plot from 2.5 to 3 million)) or Bahria enclave

Please give us advice considering both investment and construction point of view.

Dear Ahmed,

always think for safe investment so Dha phase2 N and P block is still good for investment because cheap then other blocks.

2: bahria phase8 only possession area don't don't go to Enclave.

3: B-17 B or C blocks which are the only safe(don't go to F block)

Thanks Nadeem BAhi for your honest opinion. Which in your opinion is the best place to invest (with 2.5 to 3 million) from the above. Do you have some idea of the prices in DHA 2 (N,P), bahria 8 possession plots and B17, B, C blocks? Which blocks in Bahria 8 are possession or near to possession and are they in my range?

Dear Ahmed i am overseas working in Kuwait so i can't give you 100% prcies just i can share safe investment in Zone2 or Zone5 which will give you good return in near future,i believe Bharia,Dha and even still i believe on Multi even they have a some issues in B-17 D and E blocks.
