I am intrested in buying 5 canal plot in Gulberg… I went to their official agents in Beverly Center Blue Area… They told me that 5 canals on installments is 10. 6 Million (1 crore 60 lacs) but a friend of mine told me that he can get 5 canal for me on 1 crore 25 lacs… Is it safe to invest in Gulberg and is the price I’m intending to buy is fine??? Your expert opinions well be highly appreciated.

i) 10.6 Million (1 Crore 6 Lacs)
Or
ii) 16 Million (1 Crore 60 Lacs)?

thanks bro for the reply the gulberg guyz office in beverly center told me 1 crore 60 laks...ur rite i meant 16 million and a frnd of mine offered me 1 crore 25 laks....
Dear do not put all your eggs in one basket, make an efficient portfolio, i mean do not invest all your money or this much investment in 1 area, invest in atleast 3 different places at different location, it will be better for you.
