I think you should not hurry to buy there. Wait for a few more years if they can accelerate and sustain the development speed/standard. I would assume its not an exceptional option.
I don't know about residential plots but the farm houses (5 kanal) price has come down from 16,000,000 to 12,500,000 in last 2 months (through dealers).
Gulberg now a days this is the most promoted sector but agreed with MBS no need to hurry. in phase 1 plots are available in range of 11 lac of 30 x 60 and those plots possessions are expected in December. Gulberg and pvt promoters are promoting sector from last 3 months and main reason was there new bookings nothing else, same like B-17 as they promoted there E block in that way that they will launch F block with minimum price of 1,245,000.
The only advantage is payment in installments right now but I can be wrong.
