Gulberg Islamabad P Block

I just joined the zameen forum before this i read many discussion topics, hope i will get goo response.

I want to purchase plot in gulberg islamabad and have offer of 1650000 for k block plot.

I have total amount of 1500000 can arrange 1650000.

Someone can please suggest me is it good investment for 3,4 years, i never purchased a plot anywhere on earth :) and its hard earn money you may find me confused person i'm looking at many places just visited gulberg islamabad, top city, mumtaz city, gulshan sehet, river garden, jinnah garden,soan garden

I can also give information about these socities price, development location etc.

I want to invest for 3,4 years not for short term and not very far from pindi islamabad like airport society or someone can convince me to buy near airport society too :)

Please guide and help me

As you mentioned you already visited different societies,the price you are mentioning is very reasonable as some blocks of gulberg residentia are already 20 plus so you have a margin of 4 5 lakh and in 3 four yeaars pice will definatelately go up as you can see in this price you will hardly get anything in this area even in the ghuri town 7 marla is more than this so in my point of view if in 3 years gulberg bulid the expressway uptill residentia your plot will reach around 30 lAKH for sure AS THE STANDARD OF DEVELOPMENT is good only problem is access and in green they have bulid very good expressway when it will through to the residentia whole residentia will attract more investor and now they are building road to green from thramri chock so its a huge project with great potential do your home work and good luck my opinion it is a very good investment.

@Rashid Thanks a lot for quick reply, YES IN GREEN expressway is just awesome could't find this kind of road in any other society i visited and i feel like i will go for this.

Best to invest there you getting in cheap price as i think 1 or 1.5lac cheap from local market.i have in R block.i think in 3 4 years this will be minimum on 50 lac.

Thanks @Ali yes i hope so it will catch at least 40 in coming 3,4 years and i found this is best please to live and development work is of top quality and near to islamabad as compared to other socities i have visted.

Do not buy in K block. K Block have some land issues.Go for developed plot in Block V. It will cost you around 17 Lac.

F block is the best block as per my last visit and understanding.

All the societies had land issues which resolved later on. As per my information there was a land issue in H but they resolved it. Ibechs will solve such issues thats for sure. Million dollar question is access to express way which is being delayed intentionally to acquire more land on cheap price.

However, they intend to start construction from June 2014 onward and this will also boost the prices IA which are already increasing appreciably.

Yes F and I are best blocks.

AppCake… Construction for what… As Roads & Overpass & Electricity house are already on construction progress… So which construction are you talking about.

@Samuel they intend to start construction of flats/apartments for IB officials.

They will launch Gulberg extension next to p block from June onward.
