What is the rate of 4 Kanal farm house in Gulbeg Green? Please give me the options in different blocks (Like rate from low to high). I also heard that 4 Kanal Farms house price is also between 20~25 M in some areas. Please confirm.
Also, out of 4 Kanal - what percentage is allowed to build the house on? I heard that its only 25% which is 1 Kanal for building the house only. Please confirm.
As of today - How many houses have started the construction?

Gulberg Greens have 6 blocks namely Executive, A , B , C , D and E. IN Gulberg Greens 4 kanal farm house starts from 20 million to 40 million . Variation is price is due to location and development factors. Block A and C are totally developed and posessionable. IN these blocks 4 kanal starts from 31 million to 40 million. Executive block is also posessionable but due to its location prices are low in this block around 28 million to 32 million.
B-Block is hot cake now a day as development is going on full pace in this block and will get posession in October 2017. Price range in block for 4 kanal is 27 million to 31 million . This block is good for investment as well as for living purpose.
D and E blocks are partially developed but not having posession . It will take another 1.5 to 2 years to complete these blocks. IN these blocks 4 kanal ranges from 21 million to 28 million.
20 percent area is coverable and the rest 80 percent should leave green in farm houses. In gulberg greens ONe kanal =600 sq.yards (272 sq.ft)
AT this time around 70 farm houses are under construction in different blocks and some are at the finishing stage.

The price of 20-25 for 4 kanal is only in D block which is still non Posession.
Covered area of 20% is allowed, CDA bylaws apply here.
In greens there are many houses under construction, few of them have been finished as well.

Block E and F where posession is scheduled Sept 2018 - does the land under these blocks is clear? Or is there any problem in the land? Just want to make sure.
Another question is - I am not following Gulberg Greens so don't know whether they fulfill their promises to give the possession at announced dates? Do you think based in their past history - would they be able to give the possession by Sept 18?
Does block E,F are good for investment purpose?

MOst of the land is clear in these blocks and society has already moved machinery in a specific area of D block for development. Acquiring land and development at the same time.
Hopefully development will be completed in due date.
Right now B block and D block are hot cakes for investment
