For 4 kanal, I think both A and C blocks are good. You might get a possession plot for around 2 crores. The Gulberg Greens project has a very bright future, though it will take a few more years to come in full bloom. Excellent development standards. In fact, the whole attention of gulberg management seems to be focused on the Greens project and are paying much less attention to the Residencia part.
It will be a great place to live for those who can afford. The pine avenue is now almost a stone throw away from lehtarar Road, which will provide a second access point. Development is at a good rate, I would say faster than bahria enclave.
