I have heard a lot about Gulberg from my fellows, now I will like forum contributors to put shed some light on Gulberg Islamabad future, where do you see Gulberg in next 2-3years?
I'm willing to buy a one Kanal plot in block A or B. What do you suggest?

Ibechs has been maintaining excellent development standard so far. If they develope and delivered what they promised, Gulberg will be a living of elite class.
Thats what i have heard from my fellows, thats why i was interested to purchase, their advice me to purchase in A and B block what is current market of one kanal in block A and B
Future seems excellent up-to now. Ibechs also started giving possessions upon paying full dues to developed areas.

The question is not who it is saying. The question is what he is saying. Respond to the questions raised by me. Is not residencia located in remote isolated location? Is not the development standard pathetic? Is not all blocks covered through NOC?
