Dear experts/builders/others,
I want to construct my own house in islamabad/rawalpindi and hence would like to use this thread to accumulate all the available knowledge. I will appreciate if you guys can share the approximate cost for different materials required to build on your own and what are the costs to build on turn key basis.
Item by item cost would give us a good idea and specially if someone can share their own detail agreements after removing confidential details so that everyone can benefit from their experience.
Also the suggested places in isb/rawalpindi for purchasing material etc.
It will be one point discussion and to keep as reference for future.
Also would appreciate if you can suggest good architects. I have seen one builder on Facebook called Harem Estate and their page shows their homes that are ready for sale. They are awesome and i wish i can find someone like them in Islamabad/Rawapindi as well.
