Guidance for buying plot or registration form

1. I want to invest amount of 10 lac in property fr 1 yr . Please advise some good place in faisalabad ?
   
2. And secondly i want to ask about registration form, what it is and is it useful as i m new in this field .And for which place i can get form ?
