I want to buy 5 Marla double storey house in Green Avenue on park road near CDA Park Enclave. On CDA website CDA declared both Green Avenue and Royal Avenue illegal. Can anyone guide me status of these two societies and is it safe to invest there. Kindly give expert advise.
