Yes the rate for the materials is Rs.40/Sqft. This is many times cheap than Granite tiles. Granite tiles usually cost you Rs.750 local to 1750 imported/Sqmt.

This is a liquid Granite a new material in the market and is a future construction material. An Eco Freiendly no harm to human body, no smell ect.

In April 2015 after Metro completion this will be the nice area to operate from. Its central location to the whole noth Pak region.

Thanks for your compliments and interest in the materials. Yes we can work togather to make homes beautiful and eco friendly. Granite is an excelent performing material and an alternative to Granite stone which is very expensive. The cost of this solution is manifolds cheap than other Granite solutions for interior. The colour does'nt fade up in the long and the life of materials is about 15 to 20 years.
