Congratulations to the boors and vulgarians!

You have successfully achieved the closure of the thread titled "Cabinet Discussions (CDECHS) Reports of Gas" by repeatedly posting filth on this thread.

Before this filth was posted, people who own properties in Cabinet Society and potential investors were discussing the pros and cons of this residential scheme in a healthy and civilized atmosphere. Then you started posting your selfies on this thread and started abusing people who spoke in favour of this society or in favour of Multi. So the Zameen management closed down this constructive thread instead of removing the offenders.

However, the negative and slanderous thread titled "B-17 MPCHS Fall in 2015" continues to prosper even though it spreads falsehoods and twists facts just to satisfy those who were not able to purchase a plot in this excellent scheme.

Therefore, I call it quits on Zameen Forum - it has gone to the dogs!

No doubt environment is no more as it used to be, because of few who want to spoil the usefulness of this forum. Personally I am a silent reader of this forum since long and I feel Paki -1 always gives a genuine advice. You helped me searching my lost plot.

Although, even still I don't have any idea of my plot, however it is not your fault.

I am to blame for this, as I have mentioned in the Cabinet society forum, under my other ID-Malang Baba that I am not mentally stable during these days. I lost my job and my wife deserted me. I live overseas, where it is difficult to find both of these, for someone like me.

Please come back Paki bhai.

Sir Paki-1 pls don’t leave the forum when I joined this forum at that time there were 3 most intelligent persons.One was you and the other 2 were Syed Ibrahim and Mbs.Now we are missing syed Ibrahim comments. Yup even if someone needs advice their first preference is Paki-1, MR. Khan, Isloo, Nadeem Ahmad, MBS, Nasir, B.R.Malik, Saadi Acqu and so on. So regardless of what the spammers say i don’t think it will ever hurt your reputation because no one ever asks or is interested in these spammers’ advices. It is better to ignore them

After that someone start making look alike ID/Name of mine and start posting inappropriate/nasty/vulgar comments. If look at previous page# 1. That creature is done it again, with similar to my ID.

Brother Paki-1, I have sent you my personal email address through Zameen.com and would like to keep in touch with you. I am not making up the story about my plot. The map I have it has E17 on it. As I told you before, I have not seen the plot, nor have much information's about it.

The paper work of this plot was completed after I came back from Pakistan. I have not seen the paper work/file either. I have only vague information's. I am not familiar about Islamabad nor about this E17 and surrounding area. I stumbled upon this site and tried to inquired about E17 area.

I am specially thank full of you (Paki-1)and other forum members replied to my inquiry. I am very much disappointed with some forum members that they start making fun of my inquiry and making fun, comments nasty.

No one is begging on this forum, forcing or anyone is under any obligation to reply on this forum to any member that he/she must reply to other member's inquiry.

It is all voluntarily and your prerogative to educate each other to the best of his/her knowledge and ability. If you don't like other members inquiry and don't want to answer, comments. Please just ignore it but do not abuse, make fun of it, put derogatory remarks about that member. After all we all grown up and sense-able people.

I am Wishing to all you good luck in your investments and those members in process of making/thinking/deciding to make an investment for what so ever the reason you may have in mind. GOOD LUCK TO YOU TOO. I am very sorry, if I offended, hurt someone feelings with my comments.

Dear Sir,

I am advised not to praise anyone in front of him. So for this some wise one said “by the time people get the reputation they deserve”. And Paki-1 get a very good reputation he deserved and it’s all known.

No one is perfect including me and you, your deeds can be wrong, even some time I don’t agree 100% with your opinions, but your very plus point is Struggle you faced and knowledge you can shift.

I urge and request you to stop leaving this forum for myself and the ones who still not came to this forum and will come in future.

if this forum continue loosing people like u, this will be a boat with a hole or like a bird who lay the eggs in others nests. After all this is not smart as egg is the only property of that bird that she left.

Whereas right now this is a knowledge hub for real estate students, original buyers, proper investors and a consultation hub for people who are looking for genuine advices for their plot or own home.

Im not surprised this guru is leaving or has left. The forum is full of dealers who tell porky pies and tell anythkng to make a quick buck.

We have rookie investors like myself who dont know much about anything. We are lacking genuine expert investors. I agree this forum has certainly gone to the dogs. Just vulgar and crap posted day in dayout. Everyone moaning and complaining about societies actions, go to head office and raise your concern rather than posting shite on here.
