Dear members, I have a 10 Marla residential plot in Bahria town overseas B. It's close to park, what is the market value of this kind of plot currently. And is it a good time for me to sell it or should i wait more.I'm not in a hurry so i can hold it for another 1-2 years. Please give your suggestions.
