I would like to ask about Golf View Residencia. What is the current price going in market right now for 1 Kanal on golf course? What will be the expected price after 3 years? Is this a good investment?

1 Kanal was launched at PKR 62lac (or 64) if I remember. Right now people are selling at premium which depends on the location. I think it's around PKR 20lac +/-. You can check the Zameen listings, or contact some property agents in BTL.
I think it's a good investment, and it's also good for living. As per the plan / map, looks like it will be quite beautiful area.
