Its a pre launch project by gohar group of companies. I am thinking to invest on it. Its a 120 sq yard plot on phase 3. Total payment 18 lac with 3 year instalment plan.
Please give me recommendation and suggestion should i invest into it or not. The project name is gohar villas is located near near karachi northern bypass.
I need feedback about it and its authenticity and is it a good investment or not..
