What is 7 marla plot price in Ghauri Town Phase 7?

The price of 5 marla is around 7 lac so I guess price for 7 marla is around 9 or 10.

If I buy a plot in Ghauri Town phase 7, how long would it take to get possession of plot and also is there any development going on in phase 7?

I don’t know how long it would take to get possession but development does seem to be taking place. However the scheme does not have NOC from CDA.

I was also planning to invest in Ghauri Town phase 5 during my last visit to Pakistan, but came to know that this scheme is illegal see the link from CDA.
