Any ideas about how we should get ourselves ready for BT Peshawar? I mean in terms of Funds, Documents, Timings etc etc.

When is that gona launch, any inside out ?

Brother nothing has come forward from Bahria Town Authority in this regard. When Bahria launches anything, it does buy reasonable space in the papers to tell people about its launches.
So, lets see what comes out of these rumours but right now i think we should not endorse anything in this regard.

Not sure about the exact date but it is on the cards, Bahria has made a special website for downloading forms for any upcoming projects, so no own can be charged.
My personal opinion is that bahria might be forced to wait a bit,as circumstances@the moment do not guranteee a healthy real estate activity

Loosen up a little bit. Too much eagerness in realestate in Pakistan can hurt you. These projects unfold in decades or half a decade at least.

Yesterday i personnely visited to PIREX-2014 exhibition near Chakarpariah in Pak-China friendship centre. Yesterday was last day and i went with my friends. Many big brands were there like, New york Estate,Raja builders,BT-1 buliders,Tanveer Associates,Zameen.com etc.
The BT-1 builder works for Bahria town told me in Apr-2014 Bahria will announce its project in Peshawar.I hope it will come true.
I think Bahria is not that naive to launch Peshawar anytime soon. Spreading out investors would destroy Bahria - after all Bahria leverages on transfer costs and does keep alot of the plots to itself releasing them to it's cronies every now and then.
But that's my personal opinion.
Saying again, nothing has come forward officially from Bahria in this regard. So, how can we make any assessment about it.
And about the security conditions - Bahria Town launched various projects in Karachi, our beloved city which is under the spell of terrorists. So, in my view, security conditions wont be of much concern to stop Bahria from launching in Peshawar.
Rumors are it will be launched in first week of April.
Well Bahria has decided not to launch, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Sukker or any other project because they have heavy pressure from big investors who had invested in BE 2 and BTK, Bahria will not launch any new project until they get a better hold or control these two projects.
All the news about launching and postponing of BT Peshawar are just rumors. There is nothing to believe until some official statement comes from Bahria Town.
I think bahria is more interested in cashing their name they r way behind in completing their
Existing projects like enclave development, long delay in possession not satisfactory
Work on their phase 8 K, L,M,N sectors.
Reason they will make much more money by launching new projects in new cities
And not focusing on their incomplete projects coz they already got a major portion of the plots prices.
Now one have to think seriously before buying in new launching
And do good research before investing any money. He might get stuck for long time
Check with the investors of phase 8 Rawalpindi and enclave Islamabad projects

In my opinion Behria is planning to Launch in Faisalabad before its Peshawar project. Any one knows about it.
