Gawadar investment

I want to know about a safe private or the government housing scheme in Gawadar at the moment for Investment purposes.

I have heard about Green Palms and Singhar but I have heard that Green Palms is away from the main city and will take 15 or 20 years to develop and I am confuse about Singhar as Ive seen societies with similar names including Singhar/Sangar and Sanghar and confise which one is authentic.

As an expat I want somewhere safe which is protected by land mafia and qabza groups.
