Galleria apartments..Bahria Enclave

Can anybody guide the the galleria bahria apartments and investment prospective there.

Long term investment, keep in mind 8 to 10 years for good return.

Does investment there is safe???How to compare it with B-17 Capital Square and D-17 Islamabad Archade or anyother…please provide your kind opinion.

Investment looks safe to me unless the whole BE project gets into problem due to no NOC, which is highly unlikely. Currently, there is no population in those sectors and will take time to be livable the whole area.

D-17 is populated sector and livable... So better prospects, as it could be rented very easily.

B-17 is a bit short term as compared to Glarria but still not less than 5 years.

But the flats in D-17 are in Markez…noisy place…no security and for own living not appropriate…while bahria enclave apartments are much high ROI and property value and living standard as per Bahria…does i’m correct?

I don't think there is any security issue in D-17... It is well managed private society at the moment.

The location of Galleria is very far at the moment, even few Kms from the developed Sector A of BE... So, will be good for personal living once developed, which will require few years and the area to be livable will require a decade, I guess. I may be wrong.

For living the Bahria apartments in Sector A will be better as they are getting ready for possession within an year or may be months. They are inside the livable Sector A of BE.
