G14/1

I am thinking to buy 25*40 plot in g14/1, what is the possibility of prices going up

Is it good investment? What are the pros & cons.

I think there are people sitting there when its expected that cda will start development work in g14/1

If there is no possession by the developers in any society than better stay away with that.

G-14/1 is a good place for long term investment proper cda sector. As nasir sab say about posession, so in G-14/4 there is the posession where price is about 90 lak of the same size. In g-14/2 same size in around 60 lak, while in G-14/1 it is in about 30-35lak

Hassan sb, stay away from housing sectors as much as u can.They have nothing to offer except heaps of garbage. Bunch of incompetent people they are.

What exactly is a housing sector…? is that for CDA sector?

Imtiaz sb G13 G14 are the housing sectors. Even stay away from uselessly overrated CDA sectors. These sectors have nothing to vto offer.

Agreed to some extent but in many cases the proper CDA sectors can be slow in development but virtually no chance of being a scam and importantly utilities (Gas, Electricity, Water) can be available much earlier than many other quite expensive societies.
