What are the forum's gurus views on g14-1 for investment purpose.
If you think this project is not worth investing in then what are the alternatives on kashmir high way with about same distance to blue area.

Location of g14/1 is great and lucrative but development is pending.
Dear Abdul,
as someone else already pointed out, no such thing as Guru on this forum. The Guru thing is calculated based on number of posts, so you type a single dot in 1000 post and that will be counted as 1000 posts and you will be closer to be ranked as a guru.
However, there are some exceptions with knowledgeable people who may try to provide answer as per their knowledge and experience. In general, the trend is that people like to write or reply to the topics that are of their interests only.
There may be some dealers and promoters, if someone types a good advice thats against their agenda they will down vote that posts, no matter how good that post was. This is how this forum works.
Best would be to search on zameen, read through some blogs to build up some theoretical idea and understanding, afterwards its the site visit itself that can be most beneficial.
