Salam,any bbody can tell about this project,in the past there are so many booking and advertisement.Please guide is it a good for booking.
The rate as they claim about 4000 Rs. For Govt employees is very tempting while looking at the prices of flats in the surrounding areas. Even the rates for apartments in the H-13 having no legal status is around 7000 and above.
However, you are true, it has been announced in the past as well but that met with failure. Lets see how it goes this time around with this new ENERGY and marketing partners. Location is good, through the Kashmir Highway. Very big area reserved for the scheme. If developed, will be very good place.

There is strong resistance from residents of G-13 due to that already lack of infrastructure, will collapse with this huge aprtment building coming into existance. G-13 is in pathetic situation when it comes to utilities i.e. Water, severage, gas and roads as well. CDA/Housing Foundation are not interested to improve or develop the situation despite of residents struggling since 3-4 years.
Malik sb, your pointing of lack of infrastructure in G-13 is correct, however, residents have nothing to do with this project.

In spite all of this why again advertise and re lounge /booking,and all the decencies which you mentioned cda and FGEHF aware.Actually my attentions are they will start the project or just collect the money .
Its a long term project even if the intentions are to develop. Also if sewerage system is low quality, the risk to buildings can't be ignored.
FGEHF is a govt organization with a bad name and bad reputation so expect corruption to be at its peak. I think only land should be bought from Pakistani Govt as with land one could foresee the risks and the opportunities of corruption could be less compared to a full house or flat.

It is a long term investment option. Location is good. Prices for Govt employees are very reasonable or I would say low. IF developed in the 3 to 5 years, the ROI will be excellent.

People are more inclined towards F-14/15 sectors of FGEHF instead of this project.
@SAADI_AQUARIUS, What do you think when is FGEHF planning to launch F-14/15? Which of the two would be better and safe? I mean which one has least kachhi abaadi to minimize the delay as well as other unforeseen risks?
How long the project would take?
What are the expected prices for 250 sq yards, 356 sq yards and 500 sq yards plots? What would be the development charges and installment plan?
I understand these are for FG employees. How much prices would vary for the general public for all these sizes?

AlphaK…Sir nothing for general public…All the lots would be allotted to FG employees…Both these sectors are good as both fall within zone 1…The sectors have very low ratio of built up properties…Although the track record of housing foundation is not so good, yet both of these sectors are expected to be developed at good pace as quoted by sources.The only unforeseen risk is the delay in the development of sectors. Housing has committed to develop it in 3 years but one should keep in mind the time frame of 5 years if it is developed at good pace. Sector has 500 sqyds and 40x80 in abundance here as small number of 35x70 are also present. I know the price of kanal as it has the own of 5 to 6 million+ for a confirm plot where as the rice of the plot is yet to be disclosed by foundation but it is expected to vary between 45 to 55 lacs for kanal which includes development charges as well.15 lacs is the down payment to be paid to housing foundation and payment plan spans 3 years. It is perceived to be a good investment in market as everyone is expecting it prices to go hand in hand with F-11, if developed. Even the prices would appreciate if it remains undeveloped, as predicted…Before buying, must calculate your risks and beware of the fraudsters who are in abundance in business of these sectors and offering files at relaxed conditions and at lower rates. Another risk is that if you buy at this stage, the seller may refuse to sell at later stage when would come to know that the profit has surged up so if you go for it, must deal with a trusted agent.
BTw offer letters have been issued to the officers of category 1 i.e bps 20 21 22 for the allotment of 500 sqyds plot.

Yes you are right but 5 to 6 million own is at this stage…Obviously it expected to surge up very high in the near times…After all it is the last sector of the most prime series i.e F series of Islamabad.On 25 percent payment, transfer is allowed.

Sir big guns involved hain…By the will of God profits would surely be staggering as it seems…I have even come to know that even big fishes have pooled in billions in these sectors and elites are buying e.g tv anchors, tv stars businessmen etc…
Yes, that would complement my getting relaxed being a common man as the risk now involved and the affordability (which might diminish for many) after the launch may bar us from considering this a viable option.
Nothing that this organization does is going right. Now lifestyle residency after so much publicity is in controversy as per news item.
