Somebody plz let me know that whats happening in g13,why prices gaining everyday or if this is an artificial hike.Prices have crossed d12 rates as well.Is it good to buy in g13 now or wait for prices to reverse?

So saadi bhai how much more prices would increase in G13, is it good to buy a 25x40 plot in 63 to 65 lacs range,
@ fahad…Sir it depends…If you are going for house construction,then nothing like it as g-13 and g-14/4 is located at best location…If you are going for investment purpose,then i would advise you to look for other options as well…Btw why dont you go for g-14/4??Its a bit cheaper and ready to construct…
