I have a file in G-17. Would any one give their valuable advice whether i should sell it or not. And what are the future prospects of G-17? Appreciate your kind advice.
Sir dont sell ur property if u dont need money and if u sell it,invest that money at some mouch better place for excellent returns as liquid cash has no value now a days and they are just piece of papers.

Here in Pakistan anything which got a boom in its price have never came down ;) so ....???
Dear ehsan Location of g 17 is v good xztly behind current motorway toll plaza next to g 16 but management is not doing some proper work on site. No land acquiring not any development, this price increase is due to surrounding societies rate. However one news is in market that cj was against this project as its supreme court housing society so there is a rumor that after cj retirement some work will begin there but this is not very logical
