Aoa. My father has a plot non possession in g-16/4 street no 30 since 2005. We bought it to construct home in 5,7 years. But its been 10 years and last time i checked about a month ago there was no development in that street despite paying full development charges. Kindly advise whether we should keep this plot or sale it and move to some other place with possession?? Any one having same problem in g-16/4?? Thank you
