I would like to buy 500 sq yrd (1 kanal) plot, in any of above two sectors. What are the current rates.
As i contacted some of the area dealers there, and they are about to 25 lac.
These sub-sectors are not developed yet, are these prices are development changes included. Because they say you can not get possession in these sub-sectors.
Any suggestions would be really appreciated bros.
