G 16/ 1-2 development status

Can anybody tell me what is the status of g 16/ 1 and 2...........When they are going to start development and what is the price of 11 marla plot in these sectors.

I have heard that some development has started in G-16/3 (I have yet to visit the site to confirm) and much of G-16/2 is now in possession but G-16/1 is still mostly under adverse possession and not recommended.
