Why are property prices static for the past 6 years in g-15 islamabad. The price of a 40 x 80 seems to remain at around 150 lac for the past 6 years. My source of information is zameen.Com.
Dear Alpha_K, my hunch (not info) is that new airport and KH expansion/alignment has drawn all attention towards Top & Mumtaz cities and G-13, G-14 in last few years. So in my assessment, G-15, G-16, FT and Eighteen all are waiting for: 1) interchange on KH, and 2) metro launch.
But Jammu & Kashmir Society has to put it's acts together and do some quality development work in G-15. Currently, it is sub-standard.
