I am about to buy a shop in range between 12-18 lacs in g 15 markaz plaza name is century plaza. I would request you all member to advice whether i should go for it or not. Your prompt response will be highly appreciated

How much the shop would give you rental income?
G-15 is not bad in its own class. You need to have a check on the builder's reputation if plaza is not constructed fully and need to know about his past project!
My friend is proceeding to Pakistan next week and He is also inclined to get a shop in G-15. I can share his knowledge but there is 14 days wait ahead!
Yes G 15 and G-13 Commercial is not and bad option in low budget and there is many options 2 to 8 million depend on size and location.
