I have a plot in g-15 which i am thinking to build for not only renting but also my own living. Currently i am overseas. I would like to build basement, ground and first floor and rent all three portions while i am overseas or live in basement when in home country and rent ground and first floor on rent.
Could you please suggest whether this is a feasible idea of spending such a huge money on three floors?
