What is the reason of current hike in prices of smaller plots in g-15 as prices for 30x60 plots have gone till 95 lac for a good location plot, is it a short term hike or permanent does it has any further juice left or it will stall at this position
Hmm are you sure? This is too much for a 30*60 plot. Can you update about prices of 14 marla plots if you are aware?
95 lac for a 30x60 plot on main service road/ corner people are even demanding 1 core for such plot the average plot around 80-85. For 40x80 average plot around 1.10.
@ zeeshan…There is no 30x60 in g-15 for 95 lacs…If anyone is demanding this it can be his wishful thinking.30x6 for 1 crore can be bought in g-14/4 then why would anyone go for g-15.
Well i am in search of a good location plot in G-15 measuring 30x60 and for the last 1 week iam not able to find one as the price they quote for a main service road plot is above 90. I wa unable to get a plot hich was corner/main service road when i offered 91 lac for it…

I think for a corner or service road 85 should be max. For 30*60 but as you said you have been unable to find anything in 1 week so i think you won’t be able to find anything now. You have awaken the hungry hyenas. They know a buyer is there and will try to get the meat out of you. Solution is to find a good location cheap plot and mostly like from a genuine seller rather from a dealer or investor. Otherwise you can look for a 30*60 in G-14/4 but the location of 30*60 in G-14/4 are not so good. 30*70 are at good locations though.

Malik Sahab what about constructing in F-15 on big plot for renting out portions? How much rent you can make on 600 guzz plot if you make three portions: Basement, ground and first floor?
