Salam.

I would like to know which street would be best to buy a 1250 sq ft plot in g-14/4.

I am more inclined towards buying a plot in street 14 or 36.

Also in cda zone 1 sectors, plots are either pindi facing or margalla facing but there are plots in g-14/4 that are neither these like in street 36.

How are such plots viewed in the market.

My only inclination towards street 36 or 14 is because 14 is 70 ft wide and 36 is 60 ft wide. All the rest are just 20 ft considering 1250 sq ft plots.

Any help please.

From living point of view, South open plots are the best. During the winters you get the full sunlight whereas in summer the sun is on the top

Salaman sb is right.South face plots are bit expensive…In isb there are murree and tarnol face plots as well.

Saadi Sb yes i want to know difference between tarnol and murree plots. How are they considered in the market and are they good for investment or it does not really matter from an investment perspective.
