I have a plot in g14/2 and i have received a letter saying i have to pay around 3-10 lacs pkr so it be given to the people who are living there so it can be developed. Is anyone aware of this. My plot development charges are all cleared i am not sure what this is about and if others people are paying it or not?
Sad. I have heard this. My father was also complaining the same about his plot. All development charges paid already. This is zulm 
At least this news shows that G-14 is going to vacate in coming months / years.
They are collecting this money in the name of Built up property. Cost for BuPs have already been paid in full by everyone many years back. I dnt know tht even after collecting this unjustified increase in Bups, they will still do anything.
How much per sqr ft they are collecting? Did foundation give any deadline or its just their suggestion to get more money as BUP as they did earlier?
