For G-14/1 plot, 32-35 Lacs average depending on location, don’t have map rite now so can not give you an exact estimate.
Yes the prices are 32-35 k for non-cornor normal plots, your plot is near to G-14/4 having a better edge. Further I heared a surway have been started before this eid I don’t know what is it’s exact status, any how if survey completed then price of your plot should be 38-40 lak.
Rehman, many surveys have already been done, they started work from G-14/3 and it is on a halt from some months, i don’t see any appreciation rite now.
May I know who conducts surveys in G-14 and what are objectives of these surveys?
Different teams who report to Housing Foundation, CDA and Ministry of Housing and Works, but these surveys are of no benefit.
