Hello all, i would like to ask your opinion about the new demand by fgehf from its members for payment of build up property charges in sector g-14/1 and g-14/2.
There was a news in daily jang on 10 december that fgehf has decided to sell commercial plots in sector g-14/1-2 and 3 and to use these funds to pay to pup awardees. I am unable to understand that why fgehf is demanding money from the allottees when it can sell these commercial plots and pay for these bups.
There is no information that how much money will be generated from the sale of these commercial plots.
How many bups have been awarded and how much money is required to pay to these people.
