Good location plots touching 75 to 80…main road plots even 85 to 90…IN G-14/4 PRICES HAVE ALSO IMPROVED.

Fahad bhai depends upon your investment time frame. There is no such thing as too late. Mature sectors even see price appreciation from time to time. For now only big plots have good margins for gain like 10marla to 1kanal. In long term any size plot will give good return but be it atleast 7-8 marla. 4 marla is too small for any good gains.
4 marla is between 70-80 and anything more is not worth buying. 5 marla in g-14/4 costs around 80-90.
7-8 marla is g-13 will cost around 110-130
