G-13 or D-12?

Meanwhile which sector is best for 5 years investment to gain maximum return?

Suggestions needed

In my personal view, D-12 looks to me more promising option than G-13 at the moment.... Please do your complete homework before making any decision.

E-12 to me looks at the moment as a gamble to play...

If development starts, the prices will shoot...otherwise any increase will be speculatory ...

but on the other hand if we consider location & approach then G-13 has no comparison

Mean while Both sectors have poor infrastructure due to CDA & FGEHS performance

Spot on Usman sb… But construction of MA, the access of D-12 will not be bad…

Why CDA is not being able to develop E-12 as yet. Are there very influential people who are occupying this sector?

CDA itself is inefficient and incompetent organization...

Further paralyzed by political interventions...

CDA is mafia now. A place for govt officials to get free plots even on 6 months service. These chors have shares in built up property in E-12 and they themselves guide locals on how to get settlements multiple times.

Botb are expensive now. Given current scenario avoid both and look for some other option. DHA 2 is growing fast and good. It will be a much better option comparatively for investment.

Any news for G-14,?

My Simple answer is D-12 , I am saying it because of

1- Talked to atleast 50 home owners in G13 and D12

2- Talked and spent time with 10 real estate agents, 5 in each sector

3- Atleast 10 Visits to CDA at all levels.
