Future road infrastructures and impacts on real estate

Salam to all,

Being a real estate enthusiast i notice now the trends are growing to shortlist and invest in hope for future good returns where major road infrastructures are planned like ring road or margalla avenue or underpasses on srinigar highway etc. I would like to know from you all what are best places to invest with future road developments what about 5 years time?

** City Wide Impact
--- RRR as anticipated (50+ KM) will impact almost en entire city, especially outer skirts of RWP and many parts of ISB/Taxila boundary areas. Its impact is city-wide but a decade for it to materialise shouldn't be a surprise. For now, its at max on papers and fancy promises. 

** Sub-city Impacts
--- MA perhaps 12 to 15 KM will connect outskirts of ISB and Taxila to bypass GT Road and be more accessible via an avenue to connect B, C series sectors to E, F.

The above two are well-discussed topics for years now!!

** Area Wise Impacts:
-- New Entry to this is an underpass at Golra Mor from Kashmir Highway to N5 to I-14/15/16, 17 (future medical city, as per claims). Discussed in another thread too. Here are few of the latest in terms of NHA stance and blueprint of the underpass.

Others in same category: Faisal Town (most likely), University Town via 18 (perhaps) to get access from Kashmir Highway

Brother Imtiaz, you are a very valuable member of this forum. I have started following zameen forum from some time and seen that your posts are very professional and backed with solid arguments. Jazak Allah for spending your time for people’s guidance. Can you possibly share you contact number please. I need some property advice.

Imtiaz, you've missed out G-16 and G-17 that will benefit (along with Eighteen and Faisal Town) from G-17 interchange on Kashmir Highway in a big way. To me G-16 (possession) is still undervalued.

Then there is flyover at Rawal Dam chowk that will ease traffic congestion coming from Park road (Bahria Enclave, PVC, Park Enclave). BE is surely undervalued as we've discussed on another thread.

Islamabad Highway widening is already impacting on societies from Gulberg onwards to all Zone 5.

RRR and MA beats them all.

Thanks Isloo for updates and adding to the discussion, yes, thats for sure worth a mention G-15/16/17 that I overlooked.

Rawal Dam flyover will for sure add to BE, PE, PVC, IMT etc. but impact would be lesser as still some distance to be covered to reach them from Chowk and its a patch from that Kuri Side (beyond the Petro Pump, I guess Attock Petro to PVC entry) that is a concern.
