Hi. I'm a resident of islamabad with a residential plot in bahria enclave. I wanted to know about the future prospects of the project. We've seen a considerable fall in prices of plots over the last couple of years and the development work in be has also reduced considerably. What bothers me most is the future of be. When the project was announced, it was considered as one of the projects in islamabad with the developer terming it as his dream, however it seems as if he's bailed out on the project. I would really appreciate if someone could guide me about the future prospects, the possibility of a rise in prices in the future, how much the rise could be expected and what factors would lead to this and whether i should stay here in be or change my option and if i should stay then why.

BE has a very good future. Development pace has not decreased at all. Development is going on at very good pace. Have you visited the site in the near past? If not, then must visit. Things are moving at very good pace.
How could you say that prices have increase a lot? Prices have decreased in 2013 and afterwards, prices are really stable or some how slowly increasing...
