and no one can tell another person what will happen.only our Allah tala is the authority over all things, including things to come,
just we can ask the others to share their ideas,in my idea it'll take time means long term investment,some of seniors know better then me,my good wishes with you ever.

Its good but v long term investment like 5 to 10 years till the access of society.better to investment in roshan Pakistan e 16.it ll gv u more benefit in 2 3 years if u need old file in rp you can contact me.
Get possession plot or the plots which are under development in sectord B and D. Prices are very less than any other society and location is not bad. I mean better than TOP and Mumtaz city. Once access issue is resolved it can increase dramatically.

In every thread, you tend to offer your Roshan Pakistan files which does not seem fair. Every forum is not the right place to advertise the Roshan Pakistan’s plot. I suggest that you post your plots for sale on zameen’s relevant pages, and you might lure some buyer. No offence meant. We should keep these forums informative and useful.

Uni town is not good i visited 6 months ago and it was a let down for me
So in ur opinion where one can invest with 6 lac for a period of two or three years
In JKCHS zone V, buy one 30*60 file. OR. Buy 5 marla plot in Wapda Town.
Jkhs in zone 5 is illegal on CDA website. N in wapda town 5 marla plot is minimum at 7 8lac.
In Gulberg Residencia get 30/60 file with 6 plus and pay remaining instalments.
I dont know why when the new road will also touch UT we do not buy a 5 marla developed plot for just around 7 lakhs
I will be evaluating Univ town - and visiting hopefully next weekend. All based on another deal to hopefully go through this coming week InshaAllah.
BTW - do you still have DHA 2 investments locked up or cashed out?
